Instructors. Teaching
for their careers, upto 30 lessons weekly
each. Due to this a Professional Instructors
teaching experience, in only a few weeks,
will be greater than that of a Part-time
Instructor in a whole year.

and easily as possible on the side of their
daytime job. So much so that they have mixed
ability students in one class, and even
teach Children at the same time as Adults!

or halls are where many
classes are conducted, with dangerously hard, dirty floors & No equipment
facilities. Students
can even pickup injuries from the floor.
For example, on hard surfaces performing
Situps can put a strain on your back, and
training barefoot can lead to serious Achilles
Heel & Tendon damage!
