Sixty minutes Instruction, one to one.
Advancing you at an accelerated rate. Immediately
you make a mistake in your training, you
are corrected and reshown what to do.
If it takes all lesson to get it right,
then that is what we will do. We are not limited in the time we can spend on you
because we have 40 other students to watch,
therefore only showing you briefly your
mistake and leaving you to it as happens
during Mass Group Tuition.

|
Time actually spent on you as an individual
is very minimal, perhaps just 90 Seconds
Instruction each, in a class of 40 persons
training for an hour. Anything
that you do wrong will remain wrong and
set in your technique, unless luckily it
is noticed as the Instructor runs all over
the training area trying to watch everyone
at the same time!

tell you that you learn much quicker with
Personal Tuition due to
this.

Rip off! Average class of 40 Students paying
£ 6.50 for a Mixed Group Class, with an
Instructors profit of £ 260.00 per hour.
Resulting in you getting actually tutored
for just 90 Seconds of that hour as the
Instructor divides out his time amongst
the class! Is this really value for money with a true Professional
Instructor?, or just a
quick money making scheme!

The best equipped
Weights Gyms, are by far the
Large New Mega style Gymnasiums that are now appearing
all over the country. However these large gyms
have massive overheads, with some needing to have
up to a thousand members, just
to break even with their running costs.
When you are looking
to join any Gym, you want to be able to fully
workout at a time whenever you desire, and not
have to hang around in packed out areas, waiting
to use various equipment. Unfortunately this is
what usually happens, and is the main reason that
many people after training for several weeks at
these types of gyms, become fed up and begin to
find excuses for themselves not to train.
