In
fact most people when they do start, realise how
unfit they truly are. All you need to do is begin
with easy exercises and train regularly.
Steadily your Fitness levels, Strength,
Flexibility, Confidence and Skills will
develop, and although you may never wish
to compete ( only 5 % of the Members ever
progress in this direction ) it is not
long before you are 'FIGHTING FIT!'
