Everyone is an
individual, and trains for their own reasons.
If you would like to learn ' SOME MOVES ', then
once weekly would be sufficient. Especially when
you consider how much more you learn in a single
Private Lesson at the Studio, as opposed to large
group mixed ability class tuition.
You will only get out the training what
you put in, and for those that wish to
take their kickboxing more seriously,
and want to quickly become proficient
in Okami-Do (Wolf Style) KICKBOXING we
recommend two sessions a week.

You can train on your own, or if you wish, in
a small group. If you do wish to train with a
small group, but have no-one to start with we
can easily partner you off, as we have beginners
enrolling all the time! Also, because you are
joining not only a Gym, but a Martial Arts School,
the members are much friendlier and more respectful
than at the large commercial Gymnasiums. Many
people soon find that they make new friends because
of this, which in turn makes going to the Gym
even more enjoyable!
