Shihan
Neil Holden ( 7th Dan B.C.K.A. ), has been training
in the martial arts for over three decades. Starting
in Ju-Jitsu and Japanese-Kickboxing in 1982, he
then progressed onto Thai-Kickboxing, ( Muay-Thai
), in which he became a certified Instructor under
Master Sken in 1992.
Holden also received his Black Belt from Kakuto
Karate and KUDO
founder Grand Master Takashi
Azuma, and is a registered 7th Dan Combatives
Instructor with the British
Combat Karate Association ( B.C.K.A ) and

the World Kickboxing Association
( W.K.A. ).

based in Cheshire, United Kingdom. Over the last
28 years his Academy has produced more then 50 Champions
under 'Muay-Thai' Rules, 'K1' Rules and 'M.M.A.'
rules.
Under
Neil's guidance a team of students from
the Okami-Dojo tested directly under Grand
Master Azuma at a KUDO
U.K. seminar. Four earning their Advanced

Holden
began training in Kakuto (
Combat ) Ju-Jitsu with Lee Hasdell in 2007.
Combat Ju-Jitsu ( CJJ )
combines Kickboxing with Ju-Jitsu. The parralels
with KUDO are cleary apparent as KUDO
mixes Kickboxing with Judo.
Both CJJ and KUDO
are ideal for both Self-Defence ( Combatives ) or
Combat-Sport ( M.M.A. ).
The differences between the two is that CJJ
is mainly focused towards Self-Defence, while KUDO
is a Combat-Sport in it's own right, with World
Championship's in Japan.
In 2008 Hasdell organised a KUDO
seminar in London for Master Azuma and Holden passed
his Shodan test, directly testing under the JukuCho.
Currently Holden is a CJJ
4th Dan with the Combat Budo Organisation
( also known as COMBUDO ).
