Graham Sayer
was one of the countries most succesfull Amateur Kickboxers, with a record of 32 Wins and 0 losses in the Ring.

Competing under 'K1' Kickboxing rules, he captured the Area, English, Britiish, Commonwealth, European and World titles.

The I.K.F. World Middleweight Champion currently holds a 3rd Dan Black Belt, and is an excellent Striking coach.


Notes on Instructor Grades:

'Dan' is a Japanese term that simply means 'Level'.

A 1st Dan is next promoted to 2nd Dan, after a minimum 2 Years teaching.
2nd Dan's total experience then as an Instructor is over two years.

A 2nd Dan is next promoted to 3rd Dan, after a minimum 3 Years teaching.
The 3rd Dan's total experience then as an Instructor is over five years.

A 3rd Dan is next promoted to 4th Dan, after a minimum 4 Years teaching.
The 4th Dan's total experience then as an Instructor is over nine years.
