of the most popular services that Warrington Kickboxing
                                Studio offers as a learning
centre - Childrens Martial Arts classes,
following a structured syllabus leading to a Junior
                                Black Belt qualification.
Parents choose Warrington Kickboxing Studio as
                                an 'after-schools club'
                                for their childs 'out-of-school
activity' as we have an outstanding reputation
                                as a 'uniformed youth organisation',
with a strong focus on discipline, etiquette and
good manners - as would be expected when training
                                in the Martial Arts,

 Our 'supervised activities
for children', are after school on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday and at the weekend we have
                                a Sunday class.

Many parents find that having their child exercise
on a Sunday, is a great benefit as it helps a
child reset their sleeping pattern, as many children
often stay up later on a Friday and a Saturday
night. To simply go to bed early on a Sunday after
two later nights - is not easy for most children.
A child that has worked out, is more relaxed and
will find it less difficult get to sleep. A child
that has slept well will always perform better
at school than a child that is tired.

Sessions are great for burning off excess energy,
which makes children feel more relaxed and leads
to improved behaviour at home. It is for this
                                reason that many
                                parents use our 'supervised
                                activities for children', ( Kickboxing
classes ), for much needed respite
                                care.

 # Respite care, means
taking a break from caring, while the person you
care for is looked after by someone else.

 Additionally,
due to increasing obesity within todays society
                                - especially with children, the NHS recommends
at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity
                                a week or 75 minutes
of vigarous intensity exercise a week.

Enrolling your childen onto our Youth Development
Program, can be an ideal way to achieve or even
surpass the NHS recommendations as a single lesson
                                is 60 minutes of rigorous
exercise, and there are four classes per
week that children may attend if they wish. Some
children attend just once per week, while others
attend more. For those attending three classes
or more per week, the additional classes are discounted
                                in price by 50%.

Martial Arts tuition can also help with anxiety,
and if you have a child that is suffering with
stress, then our Kickboxing classes could be a
great way for them to get stress relief.
